Where do you deliver?

We deliver island-wide across all 14 parishes of Jamaica, and offer local pickup. International shipping may be available on request — just contact us.

How long does delivery take?

Most island-wide orders arrive within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed. Kingston and major towns are usually quicker.

Is shipping really free?

Yes — orders over J$5,000.00 ship free island-wide. Smaller orders are charged a flat delivery rate, shown at checkout before you pay.

Can I pick up my order instead?

Absolutely. Choose local pickup at checkout and we'll let you know when your order is ready at 37 Cornwall Street, Falmouth, Trelawny, Jamaica.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay by bank transfer, card, or cash on pickup. The options enabled for your order are shown at checkout.

Can I pay in US$ or JMD?

Yes — use the currency switcher in the header to shop in either US$ or JMD. Prices convert automatically for display.

What is your return policy?

If something isn't right, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Unused items in original packaging can be returned or exchanged — see our Shipping & Returns page for details.

How do I track my order?

Use the "Track Your Order" link in the footer and enter your order number, or sign in to your account to see live order status.
